🌟 Ingredients:
🔸 1 cup boiled chickpeas
🔸 ½ tsp chole masala + salt (for air frying)
🔸 1 small cup chopped cucumber
🔸 1 small cup chopped tomato
🔸 1/2 cup grated carrot
🔸 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
🔸 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
🔸 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
🔸 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
🔸 ½ tbsp each of flax seeds, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds
🔸 1 tsp chat masala
🔸 Black pepper + chili flakes to taste
🔸 Salt to taste
🔸 1/2 cup curd or Greek yogurt
🔸 2 tbsp mint coriander chutney
🔥 Step 1: Make Spicy Crispy Chickpeas
Toss boiled chickpeas with chole masala and salt
Air-fry at 180°C for 10–12 mins until golden and crisp
(Pro tip: Shake halfway through!)
🥣 Step 2: Assemble the Salad
In a mixing bowl, add all chopped veggies and seeds
Add air-fried chickpeas
Mix hung curd + green chutney + chat masala + pepper to make a creamy dressing
Pour the dressing over the veggies and mix well
