Green juice recipes for weight loss — all nutrient-dense, refreshing, and easy to make 🌿


🥒1. Cucumber Spinach Detox Juice


Ingredients:


  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 cup spinach leaves

  • ½ green apple

  • ½ lemon (juice)

  • 1-inch piece of ginger

  • 1 cup water


Method:

Blend all ingredients, strain (optional), and serve chilled.

Benefits: Hydrating, reduces bloating, and boosts metabolism.

Ingredients:


  • 4–5 celery stalks
